Episcopla Decree: Formation of Eparchy Finance Council of St. Thomas the Apostle Chaldean Diocese

In view if the need of our Diocese for an Eparchy Finance Council to consult with the Archbishop in matters of great importance in financial affairs, annual incomes and expenses. His Grace Archbishop Amel Nona has formed the Eparchy Finance Council with three members, and has appointed an Eparchial Finance Officer for that council to represent Him in meetings and follow up with the council.
